Under the hood, the second generation Nissan Juke featured a 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine with 115 hp or a 1.6-liter engine with 187 hp. Nissan also introduced a diesel option with this generation.
The second generation Juke maintained some features from the first iteration, such as the AroundView Monitor, Blind Spot Warning, and Lane Departure Warning. It was powered by a 197 hp 1.6-liter turbocharged engine, and it was capable of a 0-60 time of 7.0 seconds.
The Nismo Juke came equipped with advanced safety features such as a rearview camera, six airbags, and stability control. Its racing-styled wheels and sport body kit made it stand out amongst other crossovers.
The Juke Stinger Edition
The Juke Stinger Edition was a special edition of the 2016 Nissan Juke. It came with a black and yellow exterior, along with inside upgrades such as heated front seats, automatic climate control, and a rearview camera. The Stinger Edition was also equipped with the AroundView Monitor and Blind Spot Warning, which was standard across all Juke models.
The Juke Stinger Edition received plenty of positive feedback, with customers waiting in long queues for delivery of their orders. It was a limited edition model with only a few produced, making it a collector’s item for Nissan enthusiasts.
